U9-U18 Keeper Training




Open to all levels.


What is Keeper Training?

In this program, Ottawa TFC Goal keepers work on a weekly basis with our goalkeeping staff to develop and refine the specific skills needed to play this unique position. Training focuses on technical development of each keeper, with emphasis placed on owning your area, proper diving techniques, 1v1 situations, reaction saves, effective distribution, as well as general agility.

Details about the program

  • Fridays, 5pm to 6pm
  • Gloucester Dome (1662 Bearbrook Rd, Ottawa)
  • October 10 through February 24th
    • October Sessions will be held outdoors on Wednesdays at 7:00pm at Millennium turf, before moving indoors in November.
  • $295/player


What equipment does my child need?

The fee includes a complementary green goal keeper training shirt. Players are required to wear the uniform, protective shin guards and shoes at all sessions.
